About Harriet:
Harriet Court is an exciting U20 javelin thrower who enjoyed a breakthrough season in 2024. After breaking the ESAA record and earning her first Team GB vest at the U20 European Championships, Harriet continues to build confidence and international experience. Driven, focused, and determined to keep progressing, she is aiming to push herself even further on the global stage.

How excited are you to continue in your role as a Kukri ambassador?
“I’m incredibly excited to continue as a Kukri ambassador this year. Being part of a community of athletes striving for excellence inspires me every day, and wearing the kit reminds me that I represent something bigger than myself when I step onto the track. It’s a real privilege to continue in this role.”
How has your experience been so far overall with Kukri?
“My experience with Kukri has been really positive. Not only is the quality of the kit amazing, but I’ve loved being associated with such a respected brand and appreciated the exposure and support they provide.”
How has being a Kukri ambassador helped you on your journey as an athlete?
“Being a Kukri ambassador has really strengthened my confidence and identity as an athlete. Wearing kit that makes me feel confident and professional motivates me to train harder and carry myself with greater belief.”
How would you describe your athletics season overall?
“This season exceeded anything I’d imagined. Breaking the ESAA record and representing Team GB at the U20 European Championships were huge milestones that I had only dreamed about. More importantly, I grew in confidence and maturity, learning how to manage pressure in competition and trust myself in big moments.”
What did it feel like to represent Team GB for the first time at the U20 European Championships?
“Representing Team GB for the first time was incredibly special and something I’ll never forget. I felt so proud to wear the vest, and qualifying in itself meant so much to me. Competing at that level opened my eyes to what’s possible and strengthened my motivation for what’s ahead.”
What are you hoping to achieve in the new season?
“This season, I’d love to qualify for the U20 World Championships in Oregon and continue gaining experience competing internationally. I’m also excited about the opportunity to represent Team GB at events like Loughborough International, Mannheim and potentially the European Throwing Cup. Most of all, I want to build on last year’s progress, keep learning, and see how far I can push myself.”
