{"id":7693,"date":"2024-07-12T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-07-12T08:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kukrisports.com\/ae\/?p=7693"},"modified":"2024-07-12T09:02:27","modified_gmt":"2024-07-12T08:02:27","slug":"kukri-sports-partners-world-schools-netball-cup","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kukrisports.com\/ae\/news\/kukri-sports-partners-world-schools-netball-cup\/","title":{"rendered":"KUKRI SPORTS&#8217; PARTNERS SHINE IN THIS YEAR&#8217;S WORLD SCHOOLS NETBALL CUP"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Kukri Sports is proud to celebrate the performances of our partners Dubai College, Dubai English Speaking College, and Truro School at this year\u2019s World Schools Netball Cup.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>place from 27-29 June with teams from across the globe competing in three action-packed days of Netball action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The World Schools Netball Cup is part of The World School Games Event series, a series of events that provides a unique step for the world\u2019s best young athletes to compete with and against each other across multiple different sports including Netball, Basketball, Swimming &amp; Football.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-partners-show-their-talent\">Partners show their talent<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Our partners from across the world, Dubai College, Dubai English Speaking College and Truro School all competed in this year\u2019s event with teams of various ages participating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Performing in their Kukri netball dresses designed for maximum comfort and performance, our partners all secured impressive finishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dubai College\u2019s U17 team earned a silver medal, while DESC\u2019s U13 and U15 teams achieved podium finishes in the bowl and plate competitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Truro School also showcased their talent against strong competition, with their second- and fourth-year teams impressing throughout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commenting on the experience, <strong>Lucia Sdao, Director of Netball at Dubai College, <\/strong>praised the high competition level and valuable experiences gained. <em>\u201cIt was another outstanding tournament for Dubai College.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cWe were pleased with the high level of competition this year and, once again, many memories were made and valuable experiences were gained as we prepare for the 2024\/25 season.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chris Marshall, Global Brand Director at Kukri Sports, <\/strong>stated, <em>\u201cWe are incredibly proud of the achievements of our Middle East based partners Dubai College and Dubai English Speaking College competing in this year\u2019s tournament.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cTheir success is a reflection of their hard work and commitment, and we were proud to help fuel their performances with high-performance, bespoke netball dresses that are designed to enhance performance, providing comfort and durability that the athletes can rely on.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are dedicated to empowering athletes by providing bespoke sportswear that meets the highest standards of performance and comfort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s fantastic to see our global partners coming together, with some of our top school teams competing at the world-leading facilities at Loughborough University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-about-kukri-sports\">About Kukri Sports<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kukri is a leading sportswear manufacturer, providing high-performance customized sportswear to schools, universities and sports teams worldwide.
