This weekend saw a tremendous effort from a Kukri-kitted New Zealand Ambassadors team, who took on the German National Rugby Team in Frankfurt.

The team was made up of Kiwis who play Rugby in France, Belgium, Holland and Germany, and a crowd of 1000 packed into the ground as they performed the traditional Haka before the game!

In a physical contest, the German team dominated the first half, but the NZ Ambassadors came into their own in the second half, playing some fine rugby. The final score was 19-17 and the crowd certainly got their moneys worth!
