Choose the products you are interested in from the left navigation column on each page. Once you have selected the product you wish to purchase select your size and enter the quantity and click the "Add to Basket" icon. Items will be added to your "Shopping Basket" and you will be given the option to "Continue to Shop" or "Checkout & Pay" after each product purchase. If you change your mind on a product or need to adjust the size after hitting the "Add to Basket" icon, you can amend this from your "Shopping Basket". You can also remove a product in the "Shopping Basket" section. To review items purchased at any point click on "Shopping Basket". To purchase items at any point after selecting sizes/quantities and adding them to your basket, choose "Check out & Pay". For support with sizing please refer to the Kukri Size Guide or contact the Kukri NZ Shop on + 64 (07) 8246602 Purchasing, Payment & GST: When you have completed your shopping experience you can proceed to the purchase and payment stage by clicking "Checkout" on any of the shop or product pages. The information you provided when you registered will be automatically populated in the appropriate fields. You may change this information manually if required. Taxes Pricing will be shown in NZ Dollars and 12.5% GST will be added where applicable. Please note that Kukri is not responsible for any added fees or duties assigned to international orders. Credit & Debit Cards We accept most major credit and debit cards for payment. All payment is due in full at the point of purchase. If you are placing an order from outside NZ, your credit card company will convert the transaction total to the currency of the card. (Example: You are a US resident; your credit card company will convert the charge for the purchase into US dollars on your statement). Product Out Of Stock: In the rare event a selected product is not in stock at the time of purchase, Kukri will contact you within 2 working days of the purchase to advise you and provide the next available delivery date or offer you an alternative product or the opportunity to cancel your order. Delivery & Handling Charges: All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days from point of purchase. Handling charges for NZ orders will be charged at a flat rate of $7.00. Handling charges for the rest of the world will be a flat rate of $30.00 per order regardless of order value. Handling charges will be part of your total order cost and will be indicated as a delivery charge on your total purchase detail which appears prior to the entry of your credit/debit card details. Delivery to addresses within NZ will be 7 working days from order placement. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery to all other international addresses. Please note that Kukri is not responsible for any additional duties or fees associated with international orders. Credit Card Security All credit and debit card details used on the Kukri NZ Shop are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. The information is directly entered to the Barclays Bank system which is SSL Certified. Kukri does not have the ability to view or retain any information related to customer credit or debit card details. Customer Guarantee & Returns Procedure: Kukri is dedicated to fantastic products and service. If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases from the Kukri Rugby Shop, you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt for either a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned "as sold"; in a resalable condition, in their original packaging, swing tags and tickets attached and unused. If you wish to return an item but are unable to meet the above requirements, Kukri cannot accept the item back. We also regret that delivery charges or carriage cannot be refunded for returned items (unless returned due to a fault with the product) and an additional charge of $7.00 (NZ) or $30.00 (rest of the world) is applicable to any item sent in exchange (unless sent due to a fault with the product). Faulty Goods Kukri strives to ensure all goods supplied are of the highest quality and design.
