OPTION #1 - DESIGN AND ORDER:
Your local Sales Manager will be happy to meet and discuss your individual needs and support your design creation and order.
After you've met up and said hello, your local Sales Manager will then pass on your brief to our experienced and innovative designers who will then create "made-to-order" designs using the latest technology and fabrics.
Once this process is complete, a Design/Order Confirmation will be sent to you via email for final approval. Simple but really efficient!

OPTION #2 - DESIGN AND ORDER ONLINE:
Designing and Ordering your kit couldn't be easier!!

Create your custom design(s) online using "Design And Order Online" (that's where you can get creative!)
Pay 100% non-refundable deposit relating to this order or contact the friendly bunch at the office to arrange 50% non-refundable deposit relating to this order and credit terms.

Once both these steps are complete - you will receive email confirmation of your order and can expect it to be delivered within only eight (8) weeks. At that point feel free to sit back relax, pour yourself a drink and feel quietly smug that you've just sorted your team's kit!

Something to note, orders received via the web which require modifications after receipt will require up to 5 working day to complete.

Custom Order Requirements:

Minimum order of ten (10) garments per product.
Minimum initial order of bespoke socks is 50 pairs, one size and/or colour. Additional orders to the minimum 50 can be placed in sets of 25 pairs (one size and/or colour).
Minimum order of 100 made-to-order bags.
Minimum order of 100 made-to-order balls (your club logo printed on the balls).
Designs will be created using the criteria you provide. They will then be priced and emailed back to you within five (5) working days.
We request that you check all the details regarding the designs and CONFIRM your approval or need for adjustment. Remember... designs are "made to order", so we do rely on your cooperation!
The only design cannot incorporate is "three stripes". This design feature is a registered trademark of another sportswear brand.
We will deliver your order within eight weeks of the design, price and order being confirmed and our receipt of a 50% (non refundable) deposit, payment in full or credit terms. Easy!

CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER:
When you are ready to confirm your order so that we can get the Factory started on making it, you need to confirm your Provisional Order Detail and...

Pay up front for the order in full (this is a must for individual orders and an option for those businesses who could qualify for credit)
OR
Set up an account with Kukri which allows you to pay a non refundable 50% deposit relating to your order upfront and the balance when you have received your lovely order

ALL orders require both Provisional Order Detail confirmation and either payment in full or with approved credit terms, a non refundable 50% deposit before Kukri confirm your order and commence manufacturing. All orders below £1,000 plus VAT will require 100% payment before despatch for all customers, except those who have 28 day accounts. Kukri will accept 50% upfront and the remaining 50% balance before dispatch.

Payment of your deposit or order in full, can be made by Bank transfer, Sterling or Euro Cheque (Kukri GB Limited) or by quoting your Credit Card number over the phone.
