Waringstown CC are celebrating after making history on Sunday - they became the first Northern Cricket Union club in 16 years to win the Bob Kerr Irish Senior Cup!
They beat Instonians by 16 runs on the Duckworth Lewis rule to win the cup, and Man of the Match was Simon Harrison who notched a tremendous 68 not out!
The current side takes its place alongside the famous side that won the BKISC back in 1992, captained by Garfield Harrison.
This cup represents the pinnacle of Irish club cricket and we couldn't be more proud of Waringstown. Congratulations!
