FAQ's Kit Designer Frequently Asked Questions
What can you do on kit designer?
Kit Designer allows teams and organisations to create and order bespoke, custom kit using one of the most comprehensive, flexible and easy to use online design and order systems.
Kit Designer allows you to choose the products, customise them with over 6 million design options (including the latest colours, fabrics and materials), personalise with your logos, names, numbers and then place the order completely online.
I am having issues with Kit Designer!
I cannot see any images / all I see is boxes with small red X's! Why?
If you cannot see the design images once you have logged into Kit Designer, you need to download a bit of software called 'SVG viewer'. This will allow you to see the designs.
Click here to open the Adobe SVG download page or Click here for a step by step guide to downloading
I can’t seem to use Kit Designer!
Kit Designer is optimised for Internet Explorer so please use this browser where possible. If you are unable to use Internet Explorer, you might not be able to access all of the features of Kit Designer. This also means that Kit Designer isn’t compatible with Mac’s.
We are working hard to make sure Kit Designer is more compatible with browsers other than Internet Explorer, and are sorry for any inconvenience.
Uploading Logo's
Logo's must be in either a PNG, GIF or Jpeg format, at a maximum of 100px across the longest edge, and up to 1MB in size.
Choose a name for your logo that is relevant to both the type of logo and your
or your club (Ex. Kukri_Club_Badge, Team_Sponsor_Logo, etc.) You can't use spaces in your logo name, so add underscores (_) in between words in the file name. (Ex: Kukri_black_cap_smock)
