Australian Netball Diamonds won the 3rd and final Test of the series against England Netball - but the visitors did themselves proud and came close to pulling off the upset against the World Champions.

The final score was 45-41 for the Diamonds, who completed a 3-0 series whitewash. Stars of the show for the Diamonds were Player of the Match Amy Steel - the side's youngest player - and acting Captain Catherine Cox, who played her 95th Test, making her the fourth highest capped Australian player ever. But there also was much to encourage a new-look England squad as they look ahead to the World Netball Series in November - this was a much improved performance and will give them great confidence going into the showpiece event next month! The lead changed hands several times throughout the match before the class of the home side shone through at the end.
