Hello from the Warehouse team! My name is Susan and I am the main contact in the Warehouse if you have any problems or queries with deliveries.
However, I'm not on my own... we're a team of four who have been working together (successfully I hope!) for 3 years. Like any team in Kukri, we work pretty hard... over 24,000 boxes are received and sent out by us each year! We always try to turn the shipments around on the day we receive them and I'm happy to say we achieve this 98% of the time.
In the UK we send all items on next day delivery where possible (we know nobody wants to wait for a parcel!). However we don't just send your parcels within the UK, we send our Kukri gear all over the world by any means available... road, sea or air!
